Yesterday was BACK and abs day for me, and I thought I’d share with you my back routine! It’s simple really, but here it is:
Wide grip pull-ups - 5x15
Standard grip pull-ups - 5x15
Close grip pull-ups - 5x15
Chin-ups - 5x15
Dumbbell rows - 4x10 each arm
Reverse grip barbell rows - 4x10
Simply changing your grip works different areas of your back. Don’t be scared with all those pull-ups – there are other variations you can do! I do the pull ups/chin-ups assisted (one foot on a stool to hold me up). You also do inverted rows, use a lat pull down, or if you don’t have access to a machine, you can try hanging up resistance bands and do some band pull-downs instead.
