First off thank you! <3

Okay… now have you been trying to put yourself out there? Like have you been meeting new guys, dating, etc. Or are you just coped up at home missing him all the time? Don’t get me wrong things will remind you of him every now and then but once you realize that there are so many other things to life than a bf, you’ll appreciate life so much more. Focus on yourself, maybe your relationship was bringing you down!

My last relationship def was bringing me down and I missed him at first but then I realized I’m better off without him because he made me feel like shit.

Try going on dates or focus on yourself or start appreciating the little things in life - art, knowledge, the fact that you’re alive! Take him off of this pedestal you have him on - he obviously wasn’t perfect, if he was you’d still be with him! STOP talking to him if you haven’t already, you can continue being friends with him once you’re absolutely over him. WORKING out makes you feel sooo good about yourself and makes you look super hot, that will help if you have any self esteem issues since you guys broke up. (I’m just assuming I don’t know, sorry if that was offensive). Throw away whatever reminds you of him whether its a gift he got you or you got him something, all pictures, his # from your phone - all of it. DELETE it. Hang out with your friends, they’ll make you realize how amazing you really are. Focus more on yourself - how to make yourself a better person. And lastly stay positive and realize life goes on. Sorry I wrote an essay lol Lots of love <3
